Program Director, Weston House
Weston United Community Renewal, Inc.
Weston United is seeking a Program Director responsible for the administration and clinical direction of Weston House apartment treatment program (48 beds).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Responsible for the administration and clinical direction of Weston House program.
•Maintain census at full capacity throughout the fiscal year.
•Actively participate in the development and implementation of program policies and procedures ensuring contract compliance with standards established by the agency.
• Provide weekly documented supervision to staff including case managers and residence counselors to ensure that services are provided effectively and in compliance with Medicaid and OMH regulations.
•Prepare and submit monthly Medicaid billing.
•Ensure that all aspects of program operation are in regulatory compliance and that the program achieves successful OMH, Medicaid audits.
•Ensure that all residential services are appropriately authorized in compliance with Medicaid regulations.
•Conduct monthly apartment inspections.
•Ensure that all residents are integrated into the community to the greatest extent possible and that they receive all needed medical and mental health services in conformance with each person’s individualized service plans.
•Ensure that consumers obtain and maintain all entitlements including Medicaid.
•Provide, create and monitor all quality improvement systems to ensure that all chart documentation and contract requirements are up to date at all times.
•Participate in all management meetings, incident review committee and trainings. Attend monthly Community Board meetings as assigned.
•Maintain program staffing pattern; monitor time and attendance, scheduling of staff, approve leave requests and prepare timesheets for payroll processing.
•In consultation with supervisor and HR Director recruit, train, orient, promote, discipline staff, complete performance evaluations and in-service education trainings.
•Follow all fiscal procedures; ensure accuracy and submission of all fiscal/CAIRS reports in a timely manner as required.
•Ensure that all contract reports are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
•Participate in the planning and implementation of the budget with the Fiscal Department.
• Oversee petty cash and monitor all transactions.
•Complete and submit all related documents as required on a timely basis.
MSW and/or Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) preferred with two years progressive supervisory and/or management experience. Candidates must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel; experience with AWARDS preferred; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
