Social Work Manager

Description

Lighthouse Guild, a nationally recognized not-for-profit corporation providing a broad array of innovative services to persons who are blind or visually impaired and have chronic behavioral and physical health needs is seeing a Manager for its Continuing Day Treatment Program.

Responsibilities include developing program planning, supervising and coordination of activities of staff in formulation and implementation of patient treatment plans, ensuring adequate coverage and continuity of patient care, monitoring psychosocial assessment and planned interventions by ensuring inclusion of living situation, mental status, activities of daily living, involvement of family/significant others and financial status as appropriate, and supervising staff. Maintains required statistics, records and reports.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Social Work and LCSW, with a minimum of five year's experience in mental health and supervision. Demonstrated supervisory experience in providing oversights of developing program revenue, increasing patient census and leadership to clinical staff in appropriate goals for patient group members will be expected.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal/written communication and PC skills are all required.

Salary

Full-time position with benefits.
